1. What’s the status of my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, you can click on "Track your order" to see the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

2. Do you have a "Gift Voucher" option?

We currently do not offer a gift voucher option. However, stay tuned for any updates or changes in our services.

3. How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our size guide serves as a general guideline for finding your size on our website. If you have specific questions about a style’s measurements, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team. Include your bust, waist, and hip measurements, and we’ll assist you accordingly.

4. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes. However, if you need to cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team immediately with your order number. We'll do our best to assist you. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delays.

5. Can I order a custom dress?

6. How do I use a promotional or discount code for an online purchase?

When you proceed to checkout, you can enter your promotional or discount code on the left side of the page to avail your special offer.

7. Can I return Final Sale items?

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange. Ensure to review product details before purchasing. Contact Customer Love for assistance.

8. How fast is your shipping?

Most orders are shipped within 2-6 days from our warehouse. You can expect to receive your order within 3-8 business days of its ship date. Note that shipping times may vary.

9. What is your online return policy?

We accept returns for exchange only on items in new condition with original tags and packaging. Please initiate the return process within 2 calendar days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless there has been an error on our part.

10. What if my return is late?

Returns must be postmarked within 2 days from the delivery date. Late returns are not eligible for exchange.

11. How do I exchange something for a different size or color?

To exchange for a different size or color, return the original item(s) for a full credit and place a new order. This ensures a smooth exchange process.
